Hi, my name is Lisa,

I am a busy mum of 3, with girl / boy Twins.

I have worked with children in early years for over 20 years and hold an NNEB qualification.

My experience covers working in a school nursery and preschool settings. Providing children with a loving, stimulating and fun environment, where children can follow their own interests, and build their confidence.

I am looking forward to being part of the Pre-school team, meeting all the children and their families.

Hello my name is Tracy

I have worked in the Early Years for 22 years.

I love helping children develop into confident, happy, independent young people.

I enjoy exploring outside at Forest school, music, dance, books and messy play.

I spend a lot of time in my wellies over fields and down the allotments.

I am a keen campanologist and you may hear me ringing at Hanslope church.

I am really looking forward to being part of the team at Hanslope Pre-school and meeting all of the children.

Hi, my name is Lindsay and I have been working in childcare for the past 10 years, working as a childminders assistant and helping run crèches.

This will be my 4th year at Hanslope Pre-school.

I am now qualified in Level 3 Diploma for Children and Young People's Workforce.

I thoroughly enjoy my job and love seeing the children develop into confident, independent individuals.

Emily

Hello, my name is Emily,

After completing my level 3 in childhood and education, I have worked in Nurseries for over 12 years; with most of this time working in a Nursery at a private school. After all this time I am still enjoy learning and gaining knowledge from the children around me.

I am good at encouraging independence amongst the children while still offering support when needed. I love reading and like to bring stories alive through engaging play set ups, music and movement activities. Getting messy, playing outside and exploring new experiences are things I also try and encourage children to participate with.

But best of all I like nothing more than to be invited into a child’s imaginative game. Maybe being served a pretend bug sandwich or slime cup of tea and seeing the look of joy on their face when I pretend to try it is just amazing!

I believe children learn at their best when they feel safe, happy and are engaged in play.

I can’t wait to join the team and meet you and your children!

Early Years Practitioner

Kimberly

Hello

My name is Kimberly and I am currently the apprentice at Hanslope Pre-school working towards my level 3 qualification.

As a mum of two small children I consider it a real privilege to work with children of a similar age. I’m passionate about bringing their naturally creative spirits forward and enjoy getting lost in play with them each day.

After many years of working as a professional dancer I have a keen interest in movement and sound. I have taught children’s ballet in the past and this is what truly sparked my passion for working with young people. I hope to bring some fun and theatre to Hanslope Pre-school and look forward to meeting you all soon.

Celebrating Kimberly's Level 3 observation comments:

“Kimberley demonstrated well-organised practice by creating a calm and engaging
learning environment that supported children’s learning through planned adult-led activities, responsive interactions, and effective collaboration with colleagues".

Hi I'm Gemma

I am an Early Years Practitioner here at Hanslope Pre-school.

I have been here at the Pre-school for two years and have really enjoyed watching the children grow and being a part of each child's learning journey.

I have recently completed my level 2 Diploma for the Early Years Practitioner and I am hoping to build on this in the future.

I am looking forward to meeting all of your children at Hanslope Pre-school and to provide them with a fun, stimulating, and caring environment using their own interests. Building those first stepping stones in their confidence and independence.
